We are seeking a dedicated mid-level ERP Professional Services Consultant to join our specialized Fintech department in Germany. This crucial role involves providing expert guidance and hands-on support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning systems for our fintech clients. You will play a vital part in translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring that our clients achieve operational excellence and strategic advantage within the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, focusing on multidimensional modeling and data architecture.
• Implementation: Build and configure complex planning models (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Performance Management).
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency via ERP automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct workshops with C-level stakeholders and department heads to define project roadmaps.
• Data Integration: Manage data flows between ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and EPM tools like Anaplan.
