We are actively searching for a dedicated and skilled ERP Professional Services Consultant to enhance our Fintech department in Germany. This mid-level position is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of our sophisticated ERP solutions for our clients. The consultant will play a key role in understanding client requirements, configuring systems, and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle, directly contributing to our clients' operational efficiency and strategic growth within the dynamic financial landscape.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, focusing on multidimensional modeling and data architecture.
• Implementation: Build and configure complex planning models (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Performance Management).
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency via ERP automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct workshops with C-level stakeholders and department heads to define project roadmaps.
• Data Integration: Manage data flows between ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and EPM tools like Anaplan.
