We are seeking a dynamic and experienced mid-level Project Manager to join our integrated Engineering, Construction, and Architecture teams. Based in the vibrant coastal hub of Sea Point, Cape Town (8005), South Africa, this role is crucial in driving the successful execution of our diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered with precision and strategic impact.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits for first-fix checks, quality control on plastering, wetworks, and finishing details.
• Manage design queries, functionality checks, and ensure all installations meet final designs.
• Lead safety checks to maintain health & safety compliance on-site.
• Identify and resolve on-site risks, escalating major issues to the DPM.
• Monitor programme progress and track day-to-day site issues.
• Engage with the Finance team to review financial packs and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.
• Support the review of contractor claims and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate and manage snagging inspections and de-snagging schedules with the main contractor.
• Ensure Show Unit readiness and prepare all snag-related reports.
• Prepare pre-contract documentation and manage applications for permits and services.
• Ensure full compliance with building regulations and municipal requirements.

Role Summary

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the operational management and on-site execution of specific projects during the construction and post-completion phases. The PM ensures daily site activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards.
