We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mid-Level Sales Consultant to join our dedicated Sales department in Cape Town, South Africa. This pivotal role is essential for driving our market presence and achieving revenue objectives by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The Sales Consultant will be instrumental in expanding our client base and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships, directly contributing to the strategic growth and profitability of our organization. This position offers a significant opportunity to make a tangible impact within a thriving sales environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • creating and driving pipeline every day.
  • Generate and manage your own outbound prospecting lists.
  • Run high-intent email, call, and LinkedIn outreach to our ideal customer profiles.
  • Own early-stage qualification so only strong opportunities enter the pipeline.
  • Run confident, structured cold calls at meaningful volume.
  • Turn resistance into curiosity through strong objection-handling.
  • Keep control of the conversation and always drive to the next step (meeting, demo, or follow-up).
  • Represent WorkWeek at client meetings, site visits, and events.
  • Be a friendly, confident “face of WorkWeek” who can turn interactions into new leads and booked meetings.
  • Develop and implement strategic outbound prospecting initiatives for new accounts.
  • Conduct compelling virtual demonstrations of our SaaS platform to prospects.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers to define technical requirements and present solutions.
  • Identify client pain points and position our SaaS solution as a strategic advantage.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor SaaS offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and sales forecasts weekly.
