The Graphic Designer will play a key mid-level role within our Marketing Department in Johannesburg, South Africa, supporting marketing, sales, and brand initiatives through the creation of high-quality visual content across multiple channels. This role is crucial for developing engaging digital and print assets, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing creative ideas that strengthen our market presence. We are looking for a creative thinker with strong technical design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working methodically according to briefs and brand specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of graphic materials, including: Reports and presentations, Digital and print advertisements, Infographics, Social media graphics, Demand generation campaign assets, Event and promotional materials, Internal communication assets.
- Design premium marketing and campaign visuals that align with business objectives.
- Create engaging branded collateral for digital and offline channels.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with Sebenza's brand identity, guidelines, and tone.
- Develop visual assets for social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create email marketing graphics and supporting creative assets.
- Design website banners, graphics, icons, and supporting imagery.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop high-performing campaign creatives.
- Edit light video content for: Reels, TikTok, User-Generated Content (UGC), Paid advertising campaigns.
- Apply motion graphics and visual enhancements where required.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual storytelling across all video content.
- Provide creative design support to the Sales team.
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to create visually compelling communication materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Interpret briefs accurately and execute work according to brand standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative processes and efficiencies.
