We are seeking a dynamic mid-level Sales Consultant to join our Sales team in Cape Town, South Africa. This pivotal role is not for someone looking to simply maintain; it is for an individual eager to learn, take decisive action, and make a significant impact. You will be instrumental in building a book of business from the ground up, generating robust pipeline, earning trust with key decision-makers, and closing deals that contribute directly to the growth and success of our clients and our mission.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and drive pipeline every day, outbound is yours to own, and you'll master it the modern way: AI-assisted research, smart sequencing tools, and signal-led prospecting that punches above its weight
  • Run high-intent email, call, and LinkedIn outreach to ideal customer profiles
  • Qualify early and qualify well, so only strong opportunities enter the pipeline
  • Run structured cold calls at meaningful volume and handle objections with confidence
  • Own each conversation, always driving to the next clear step (meeting, demo, close)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to contract signature
  • Conduct compelling virtual platform demos and collaborate with solutions engineers on technical requirements
  • Represent WorkWeek at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Keep your CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and weekly forecasts accurate and current
  • Use AI tools and modern outbound platforms to work smarter, from intent signals and account research to sequencing and personalisation at scale
  • Build your personal brand as a credible voice in the construction and built environment sector. LinkedIn presence, content, and professional profile are part of the craft here, not an afterthought
